On August 4, 2026, Sichuan Dekon Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Food Group Co., Ltd. (Dekon Agricultural and Animal Husbandry, stock code: 02419.HK) completed the issuance of zero-coupon convertible bonds with a total principal amount of USD 100 million, maturing in 2027. The bonds were listed on the Vienna MTF operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange, and the convertible shares have been approved for listing and trading by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The proceeds from this issuance will be used for the procurement of feed, raw materials and other production inputs during daily business, as well as for repaying part of the bank loans.
Dekon Agricultural and Animal Husbandry focuses on the breeding and raising of pigs and yellow-feathered chickens. It was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 6, 2023. Dekon Agricultural and Animal Husbandry’s business is divided into three segments: pigs, poultry and ancillary products, with the pig and poultry segments being the core business. Its vertically integrated business model covers feed production, breeding, propagation, raising and the sale of pigs and yellow-feathered chickens.
