Kirkland & Ellis Advises EQT in Strategic Acquisition of SaaS Leader PageUp
Kirkland & Ellis provided counsel to EQT on the syndicated debt financing for its acquisition of PageUp. Originally founded in Australia, PageUp is a global leader in SaaS solutions for talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, and talent management, and was previously majority-owned by investment firm Battery Ventures. The transaction was finalized and announced on 31 October 2024.
