Linklaters has acted as the Hong Kong and US counsel to the joint sponsors and underwriters on the global offering and listing of H shares of Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. (Anker Innovations) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), raising approximately HK$4.6bn.
Anker Innovations is primarily engaged in the design and development of consumer electronics in the global smart devices industry. Anker Innovations ranked first globally in the mobile charging products sector by revenue in 2025, and was ranked second from 2020 to 2024. They became the largest independent mobile charging brand in 2020 by revenue both globally and in the North American market.*
