Linklaters has advised on the initial public offering (IPO) of Tempsens Instruments (India) Limited (Tempsens Instruments) on the BSE and NSE.
The offering attracted exceptionally strong investor demand and was subscribed more than 184 times, with the qualified institutional buyer and non-institutional investor portions subscribed more than 300 times.
Founded in 1990, Tempsens Instruments is India’s largest manufacturer of contact and non-contact temperature sensors by revenue. The company designs and manufactures customised temperature sensing solutions, electrical heating solutions and specialised cables for a diverse range of industrial applications.
