Sidley advised on the initial public offering (IPO) and H share listing of Shenzhen SDMC Technology Co., Ltd. (SDMC) (HKEX: 901) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). Sidley acted as Hong Kong counsel to the sole sponsor, China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited, and the underwriters.
SDMC is a provider of smart home products (including hardware and software) for enterprise customers, dedicated to enhancing home applications through intelligent technologies.
