The Czech transactional and digital team advised Vendep Capital, a leading Nordic & Baltic based venture capital and private equity investment fund, on its strategic investment in Eyeball s.r.o., a Czech startup and the first provider of a AI-powered video football scouting platform that optimises the future of scouting and the development of young football talent globally.

Eyeball, s.r.o. is a unique Czech-based sports tech company that has developed a revolutionary AI-powered digital solution which transforms the recruitment of young football talent around the world. Eyeball is currently active in 28 countries worldwide. The new capital will enable Eyeball to grow further on the US and Latin America markets.
The transaction was led by the Czech M&A team made up of Ivan Sagál, Partner, Ľubomír Brečka, Counsel, Karolína Rösler and Martina Waliczková, Associates. The M&A team was supported by Tech/Digital team led by Ján Kuklinca, Partner during the due diligence process.
