UK – Hill Dickinson Advises Blue Cube Travel Shareholders on Their Merger with Norad Travel
Hill Dickinson has advised Blue Cube Travel Limited’s shareholders, Mel Phaure and Kenny Stirling, on their merger with Norad Travel Limited.
Blue Cube Travel is a London-based travel management company that focuses on personalised business travel solutions. It, along with Norad, is part of Talma Travel Solutions, a group that has been acquiring travel management companies with a focus on innovation.
Hill Dickinson’s Corporate team advised the shareholders of Blue Cube Travel on the deal, led by partner Jon Gillow, with legal director Jon Pearson-Basudev, associates James McCarthy and Philip Congdon and apprentice solicitor, Natasha Bradley.
Commenting on the deal, Jon Gillow said: “It was a pleasure to work with Blue Cube and its founders on this deal, with their standing as an innovative and dedicated team attracting the attention of a much larger group. We are delighted to have advised Mel and Kenny on the merger and to see Blue Cube embark on its next stage of growth, merging with both Norad and Talma. We wish all parties involved every success moving forward.”
In 2022, Talma acquired Norad, and now the company operates 15 offices globally, employing about 500 people and achieving an annual revenue of approximately $700 million. Talma is also planning further acquisitions in North America later this year.
