Yerken Mukash, representing Unicase and a Special Advisor for China Affairs in KazBar Палата юридических консультантов «Kazakhstan Bar Association», extended his congratulations on the signing of the long-awaited memorandum of understanding (MoU) between KazBar and the Urumqi Lawyers Association. This historic agreement marks a major step forward in developing cooperation and strengthening the legal framework between Kazakhstan and China.
Mr. Yerken Mukash, who was born in China and returned to his historical homeland – Kazakhstan in 1991, has shared the importance of developing mutual cooperation between the two legal associations, pointing out that the MoU can provide a comprehensive guide for lawyers involved in cross-border transactions and legal matters between the two countries.
‘This memorandum of understanding will undoubtedly strengthen the existing cooperation between local and Chinese law firms,’ said Mr. Mukash. ‘It provides a structured framework that will facilitate smoother legal processes and strengthen professional relations between the legal communities of our countries.’
The MoU between KazBar and the Urumqi Lawyers Association is expected to enhance bilateral legal cooperation, support joint professional development initiatives, and ultimately contribute to the growth of business and trade relations between Kazakhstan and China.
