US – DuPont Sells Delrin Resins Unit To Jordan Company.

Skadden represented DuPont de Nemours Inc. in the sale of an 80.1% stake in its Delrin resins business to private equity firm The Jordan Company in a deal valuing the business at $1.8 billion.
