The Daily Journal has named Crowell & Moring partner Renée Delphin-Rodriguez to its 2022 “Top Health Care Lawyers” list. The list honors leading California attorneys in health care litigation, counseling, and transactions.
Delphin-Rodriguez is a partner in Crowell’s Los Angeles office and a member of its Corporate and Health Care groups. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financing, corporate governance, and complex commercial agreements. She is active in Los Angeles’ civic community, and sits on the board of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles and Homeboy Industries.
Delphin-Rodriguez has recently been working on a growing number of deals involving health care tech, such as apps, digital health tools, telehealth platforms, and others. “We see providers and payers thinking about acquiring these tools to help them in value-based care delivery,” she told the Daily Journal.
