L.A. Times B2B Publishing honored Crowell & Moring’s Chahira Solh and Tiffany Aguiar at the 2024 Orange County Inspirational Women Forum & Leadership Awards. Solh was named a finalist in the Executive: Midsize Company category and Aguiar was named a finalist in the Rising Star category. The awards recognize professionals who demonstrate “exemplary leadership qualities within their companies and impacted change across OC communities over the past two years.”
Solh advises on antitrust issues for corporations in the auto, aviation, health care, and defense industries. Her practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust law, including litigation and government enforcement actions, joint venture analysis, merger control, and affirmative recovery opportunities.
Solh is the first diverse female chair of the firm’s executive committee. She is active in many professional organizations, including serving on the board of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers – Orange County Chapter and the Public Law Center.
Aguiar, an associate in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition and Advertising & Media groups, represents clients in matters related to investigations brought by the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general. She is also a litigator with a practice that focuses on representing Fortune 500 companies across various industries in complex antitrust litigation.
