Baker McKenzie has acted for BOC International, HSBC, Guotai Junan International, Bank of China (Hong Kong), ICBC (Asia) and CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited in the USD 300 million bond issuance of AVIC International Holding Corporation ("AVIC International").
BOC International was the sole global coordinator, and HSBC, Guotai Junan International, Bank of China (Hong Kong), ICBC (Asia) and CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited were the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the transaction.
AVIC International is a global holding enterprise that is controlled by Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. It engages in four principal business segments, namely the aviation business as a core segment advanced manufacturing, international business and modern services.
The Baker McKenzie team was led by Partner Hang Wang (Beijing) and Senior Counsel Bing Han of Baker McKenzie FenXun Joint Operation (Beijing), with support from Special Counsel Shanshan Xu (Shanghai), Local Principal Xavier Amadei of Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow (Singapore), and Associates Brian Ge (Beijing) and Sara Pan (Shanghai).
