Gerrit Jan KLEUTE has joined the Firm from Clifford Chance. He has worked in Clifford Chance’s offices in Amsterdam, London, Singapore and lastly Jakarta (through its associated firm LWP). He brings a wealth of experience in M&A, restructuring, contractual and corporate partnerships, joint ventures and private equity.
