Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners and representatives of the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by Baidu, Inc. of $900 million 2.875% notes due 2022 and $600 million 3.625% notes due 2027.
Baidu is a Chinese-language Internet search provider. Baidu’s ADSs currently trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
