Baker McKenzie is advising UBS AG ("UBS") as financial advisor to a consortium composed of Ocean Link Partners and Sequoia China in the proposed privatization of Zhejiang New Century Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (HKSE:1158) ("Zhejiang New Century Hotel Management") by way of a pre-conditional voluntary general offer.
Zhejiang New Century Hotel Management and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the operation and management of mid-scale to upscale hotel chains business in the PRC.
