I am delighted to let you know of an important milestone in our firm's Greater China capability.
Herbert Smith Freehills has been working closely with Chinese clients and international clients investing in China for more than 30 years, over which time our practice has continually evolved to meet changing client needs.
We have recently received approval from the Shanghai Bureau of Justice to establish a Joint Operation with Kewei, a PRC law firm based in Shanghai.
This exciting new step in our evolution enables us to provide our new and longstanding China-based clients with an end-to-end service, incorporating PRC and international law services, for domestic and cross-border investments, disputes and regulatory matters.
If you would like to find out more about our expanded platform in China and how it can support your business, please email our China team or your usual Herbert Smith Freehills contact.
