Meter Instruments Co., Ltd. (hereinafter ”Meter”) recently listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s ChiNext Board with the stock code 301006. Meter issued 34.82 million new A-shares, at a price of RMB 14.42 per share.
Meter specializes in the R&D, production and sales of intelligent ultrasonic water meters and heat meter products. Its products include ultrasonic water meters, ultrasonic flow meters, intelligent fire hydrants, ultrasonic heat meters and electronic balance valves and affiliated equipment.
JunHe acted as the legal counsel for the sponsor and the lead underwriters of the project and provided complete legal services for the listing of the A-shares. This included conducting legal due diligence and assisting in the drafting and revising of the prospectus.
