Ms. Zhang began her legal career in 2004. Her early experience as a corporate legal counsel provided her with insight into commercial operations and industry dynamics. Since transitioning to private practice as a full-time lawyer in 2010, she has built a strong reputation in South China’s legal market, integrating sector-specific knowledge with legal expertise to offer clients multidimensional solutions.
In real estate and construction, Ms. Zhang provides comprehensive legal support to leading developers. She pioneered the judicial removal of nominal legal representatives in Guangdong—setting a new standard for resolving such disputes. In insurance and finance, she has served as a legal advisor and panel lawyer for major insurance companies, delivering creative strategies and achieving record loss mitigation results, including breakthroughs in recovery claims between affiliated companies. Recognized for her achievements, she is honored as the Insurance Lawyer of the Year in the GRCD China Industry Lawyer of the Year Guide (2025). For cross-border enterprise compliance, she has supported leading cross-border enterprises under the Belt and Road initiative for over 14 years, integrating diverse legal needs—from labor and data compliance to anti-dumping and marine insurance—into streamlined solutions that facilitate secure global expansion.
Beyond her commercial practice, Ms. Zhang is deeply committed to the notions of social responsibility. As a legal adviser to the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Guangzhou Committee and an expert lawyer for legal aid services, she actively promotes public legal education, protects workers’ rights, and advances youth legal literacy.
