We sincerely welcome Dr. Zhang Ke to JunHe LLP. Ms. Zhang advises primarily on issues regarding capital markets, corporate and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Zhang graduated from Wuhan University with a Bachelor of Laws, and furthered her studies in the United States gaining a Master of Laws and a Juris Doctor from Boston University. Prior to joining JunHe, Ms. Zhang was partner in the Corporate Group of Reed Smith LLP.
Ms. Zhang has extensive experience in corporate affairs, especially in capital markets and she has represented issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings (IPOs), with clients including large Chinese companies and reputable investment banks as offshore legal counsel. Ms. Zhang has acquired extensive experience and comprehensive understanding across many industries, including biotech, property management, TMT, finance, manufacturing, real estate, education, culture and tourism, consumer services and energy.
Ms. Zhang excels at providing clients with commercially valuable and strategic advice in complex transactions. In addition to IPO deals, she has also advised Chinese companies in their M&As, investments and private equity financing deals, as well as offshore corporate structuring. Several deals she has led have been recognized in annual transaction awards.
