Davis Polk advised the managers in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering by Momo Inc. of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.25% convertible senior notes due 2025. The managers have an option, exercisable within a 30-day period from the offering, to purchase up to $100 million principal amount of additional notes.
Momo Inc. is one of China’s leading mobile-based social and entertainment platforms. Momo enables users to establish and expand social relationships based on location, interests and a variety of recreational activities including live videos, short videos, social games as well as other video and audio-based interactive experiences, such as audio-chat rooms and audio streaming.
