Overview
On 1 March 2019, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) issued a series of immediately effective listing rules and guidance materials of the Science and Technology Innovation Board (Innovation Board). These documents include:
- Administrative Measures for the Registration of Initial Public Offerings on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (for Trial Implementation)
- Measures for Continuous Regulation of Companies Listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (for Trial Implementation)
- Special Provisions on the Trading of Shares on the Science and Technology Innovation Board
- Review Rules of Issuance and Listing of Shares on the Science and Technology Innovation Board
- Listing Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board
- Implementing Measures for Issuance and Underwriting of Share son the Science and Technology Innovation Board

- Questions and Answers on Review of Issuance and Listing of Shares on the Science and Technology Innovation Board (Q&A)
