We have adopted measures to maintain continuous support to our clients by deploying online meeting and event technologies amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
To help us stay connected, we have actively organised virtual catch-ups, drinks, meetings and training with clients and overseas law firms via Zoom, WebEx and Microsoft Teams. We have also kept our clients up to date with the latest policies and helped them navigate through their challenges during these difficult times.
We have successfully deployed technology to provide us with flexibility, efficiencies and cost- effectiveness, to bridge social distancing and stay connected with our clients in multiple locations. These online platforms have become new digital tools for us to serve our clients better.
At the same time, we have heightened our awareness of cybersecurity risks to prevent leakage of confidential information.
