Boston tax partner Moshe Spinowitz will participate in PLI’s March 16 webinar “Cross-Border M&A Tax Planning 2021: Doing Worldwide Deals From the Dining Room.” Mr. Spinowitz will speak on a panel on “Integration of International Businesses Post-Acquisition,” which will discuss “sandwich” structure issues, as well as other issues in post-acquisition integration planning.
