Davis Polk Noted In Reuters As Leading Law Firm For SPAC Merger Deal Values.

Davis Polk was listed in a recent Reuters article as the leading law firm for SPAC merger deal values to date in 2021, according to Refinitiv. According to Refinitiv data, 2021 has seen 70 SPAC mergers valued at $144 billion total – six times as many as that time last year. Davis Polk is noted as taking the lead, having handled deals worth a combined $40.4 billion through February 2021.
