Jessica earned her Master’s degree in International Law from the prestigious Dalian Maritime University. She began her legal career in Mainland China in 2011 and most recently achieved a significant milestone in her career by being admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2024. Her dual qualifications underline her distinct expertise in handling legal matters across jurisdictions.
She has an impressive history of representing well-established Chinese and foreign enterprises. Her areas of specialisation include arbitration and litigation, contractual and intellectual property disputes, mergers and acquisitions, real estate disputes, and cross-border non-performing asset management and restructuring. Her comprehensive understanding of cross-border legal challenges makes her a valuable asset to Angela Wang & Co.’s clients navigating global markets.
Her career achievements also include being selected for exclusive training programs that recognise outstanding legal talent. She was chosen for the inaugural advanced training program for foreign-related lawyers, organised by the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China in 2023. A year later, she was selected to participate in the inaugural DINGXIN foreign-related legal talent pool initiative, an elite program by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice.
