On 2 August, Elsie Chan delivered an employment seminar entitled “Managing Risks: Preventing Workplace Harassment and Discrimination” to members of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM). Participants included senior HR practitioners from various industries.
Elsie gave a comprehensive explanation of workplace harassment and discrimination illustrated with case studies, before explaining how to prevent these risks and manage complaints. Participants commented that the seminar was “comprehensive and very useful”.
Established in 1977, HKIHRM has about 5,300 members. It is one of the most representative human resource management professional bodies in Hong Kong.
