Competition between countries, cities and companies is increasing, and attracting and retaining talent has never been so challenging. Coupled with the fact that corporate culture related employment disputes are on the rise, Deacons decided to undertake a survey to examine the current strength, characteristics and perceptions of corporate culture in Hong Kong.
Based on a survey of more than 1,000 working professionals and 100 senior in-house human resources and legal managers in Hong Kong, our inaugural report ‘Empowering the workplace: Modernising corporate culture to position Hong Kong for success’, reveals significant insights into current corporate culture standards in Hong Kong. At the heart of the report we examine the disconnect that appears to exist between how employers and employees perceive corporate culture.
