Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited as financial adviser to Country Garden Property Services HK Holdings Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Country Garden Services Holdings Company Limited (HKSE: 6098), on its proposed privatization of Sichuan Languang Justbon Services Group Co., Ltd. (HKSE: 2606). Country Garden Services and Languang Justbon provide property management services in China. The transaction was announced on March 22, 2021.
