Skadden advised China Yuhua Education Corporation Limited on its HK$1.54 billion (approximately US$198 million) initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the largest IPO launched and completed so far this year. Trade in the shares commenced on 28 February 2017.
This is Skadden's fourth successful Hong Kong IPO in less than four months. The Skadden Hong Kong team includes partners Christopher Betts and Will Cai, Asia Pacific counsel Anthony Pang, and associates Paul Mok, Richard Chang, and Will Wang.
