Devaki Mankad
With over 10 years of experience, Devaki is a part of the firm’s Capital Markets team based out of Mumbai office, having joined the firm in February, 2010. Devaki graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar in 2009.
Devaki has advised on wide variety of offerings of equity, equity linked and debt instruments. The type of offerings include IPOs, QIPs, rights offerings, preferential offerings, offshore listings (including foreign currency bond offerings), FCCBs placement and restructuring, offer for sale through stock exchange mechanism, public issue and private placement of NCDs and buy-back of bonds.
S Vivek
With over 9 years of experience, S Vivek is a part of the firm’s Capital Markets team based out of Mumbai office, having joined the firm in September, 2016. S Vivek graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010.
Vivek specializes in equity capital markets focusing on initial public offers, rights issues, qualified institutions placement and ADR offerings.

Aishwarya K.
With over 8 years of experience, Aishwarya is a part of the firm’s Corporate team based out of Mumbai office. Aishwarya graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010 and did her Masters in Law and Finance from University of Oxford in 2014. She joined the firm in September 2014.
Aishwarya works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate and commercial advisory. Her recent transactional experience has included sectors like financial services, transmission, insurance and technology services.
Bharath Reddy
With almost 11 years of experience, Bharath is a part of the firm’s Corporate team based out of Bangalore office. Bharath joined the firm soon after his graduation from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad in 2008.
Bharath has experience in general corporate and advisory work. He advises both domestic and international clients on legal aspects of their business strategy in India. He is part of the Corporate Governance Centre and advises listed companies on various governance matters. He further specializes in employee stock options, investigations, director appointments and remunerations, and advice on FDI in retail trading.
Megha Bhargava
With over 11 years of experience, Megha is a part of the firm’s Corporate team based out of Delhi office. Megha graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2008. She joined the firm in September, 2018 and was also a part of erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. (“AMSS”).
Megha has extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures, restructuring and other corporate matters, with special expertise in cinema exhibition business, FMCG and IT sectors.
Paridhi Adani
Paridhi is a part of the firm’s Corporate team based out of Ahmedabad office. She holds a degree in accountancy and finance and has graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2013. She leads the Ahmedabad office of the firm.
As a part of the Corporate Team, she routinely advises both domestic and international clients on legal aspects of their business strategy in India, including on various commercial arrangements, entry and exit strategy, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and foreign investment, workforce related aspects (including on their contracts, exits and statutory compliance) and their corporate governance related issues. Paridhi has assisted and advised large conglomerates, institutions, public sector entities and start-ups, on evolving regulations and legal framework surrounding their business, activities in India. She also often advises her clients on their dispute strategy and had advised a number of clients on their routine commercial litigations and promoter/family settlements. She has also authored several domestic and international publications including Joint Ventures, entry strategy, arbitration and corporate governance.

Adarsh Saxena
With over 9 years of experience, Adarsh is a part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice based out of Mumbai office. Adarsh joined the firm soon after his graduation from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010.
Adarsh has experience in civil/ commercial litigation before the Bombay High Court. Adarsh has advised clients in court litigations as well as arbitration. Animesh Bisht
With over 9 years of experience, Animesh is a part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice based out of Mumbai office. Animesh joined the firm soon after his graduation from W. B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2010.
Animesh focuses on corporate insolvency, regulatory matters in relation securities laws and corporate/ commercial litigation.
Jyoti Dastidar
With close to 10 years of experience, Jyoti is part of the Dispute Resolution practice based out of the New Delhi office, having joined the firm in August 2016. Jyoti graduated from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in 2009, and has significant experience in arbitration, original civil/ trial work, and white collar crime.
Jyoti is also an Advocate on Record (gold medalist) of the Supreme Court of India and has regularly appeared before the Supreme Court of India.

Rohan Banerjee
With over 9 years of experience, Rohan is a part of the Financial Regulatory team based out in Mumbai. He graduated from the W. B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2010 and joined us from campus in July 2010.
Rohan has advised a number of global and domestic financial institutions, corporates and fintech companies on a wide range of regulatory matters, including advising on licensing and compliance issues, white collar crimes, representing clients in regulatory contentious matters, advising on M&A in the financial sector, anti – corruption laws, etc.

Madhav Kanoria
With close to 9 years of experience, Madhav is a part of the firm’s Insolvency & Bankruptcy team based out of Mumbai office. Madhav graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010. He re-joined the firm in July 2018, having also been a part of the erstwhile AMSS.
He is involved in various bankruptcy and restructuring related matters and regularly advise various stakeholders in insolvency proceedings.
Vardaan Ahluwalia
With close to 10 years of experience, Vardaan is a part of the firm’s Insolvency & Bankruptcy team based out of Bangalore office, having joined us in June, 2015. Vardaan graduated from W. B. National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2009.
Vardaan has experience in Structured Finance, Insolvency & Restructuring, Financial Regulatory, and Debt Capital Markets. He regularly advises various stakeholders on matters relating to insolvency. He focuses on restructurings and distressed acquisitions, and his clients include various financial and strategic investors.

Taher Mandviwala
With over 10 years of experience, Taher is a part of the firm’s Real Estate team based out of Mumbai office. Taher graduated from University of Mumbai in 2006 and qualified as a solicitor from Bombay Incorporated Law Society in 2008. Taher has also obtained a LLM Degree from University of Mumbai in 2009.
Taher advises a wide spectrum of clients across sectors including domestic and foreign corporates and HNI’s on all matters relating to real estate (both residential and commercial) including investments, leasing, licensing, sale, acquisition, development and mortgaging of land and premises.

Aditya Sabharwal
With around 12 years of experience, Aditya Sabharwal is a part of the firm’s Project and Project Finance team based out of Mumbai office. Aditya graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur in the year 2007 and joined the firm in November 2010.
Aditya has been advising key Indian financial institutions, multinational banks and multilateral lending agencies with respect to financing of various infrastructure projects in the airport, oil & gas, rail, shipping and road sectors in India.
Lakshmi Prakash
With close to 10 years of experience, Lakshmi is a part of the firm’s Project and Project Finance team based out of Bangalore office. Lakshmi joined the firm soon after her graduation from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in August 2009.
Lakshmi also has expertise in projects, especially in the renewable energy space. She has also actively advised banks, funds and strategic players in structuring and acquisition finance. Press Release
Sangita John
With over 9 years of experience, Sangita is a part of the firm’s Project and Project Finance team based out of Mumbai office. Sangita graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010. She joined us in September 2012.
Sangita has extensive experience in project development particularly in the renewable sector, construction, project finance and structured finance. She has advised and acted for several multilateral institutions, international lenders and international development banks and various project developers.
Surya Sreenivasan
With over 9 years of experience, Surya is a part of the firm’s Project and Project Finance team based out of Mumbai office. Surya joined the firm soon after her graduation from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2010.
Surya has significant experience in projects and contracting, project financing and structured financing. She regularly advises on various aspects of project bidding, contracting and development. Surya has also advised various lenders on promoter and mezzanine financing.
Vivek Rathore
With over 10 years of experience, Vivek is a part of the firm’s Project and Project Finance team based out of Mumbai office. Vivek joined the firm soon after his graduation from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad in July 2009.
Vivek has been part of the Infrastructure, Project and Project Finance team having special emphasis on Infrastructure Projects. On the projects side, he has advised clients on public procurement and tendering through bids, EPC contracts (including FIDIC), O&M Agreements, concession agreements, tolling agreements and other project contracts. On the financing side, he has advised clients in the telecom, conventional power, ports, steel and oil and gas sectors on some of the biggest project financings.

Edward James
With over 12 years of experience Edward, is the resident partner of firm’s Chennai office. He joined the firm in March, 2012 and has graduated from the School of Excellence in Law, Chennai in 2007.
Edward has worked across a wide range of civil and commercial law related litigations, including corporate insolvency matters. He regularly appears before the High Court of Madras, National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai bench as well as other courts and tribunals.

Mudit Shah
With over 10 years of experience, Mudit is a part of the firm’s Corporate team based out of Ahmedabad office. Mudit graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar in 2009. He joined the firm in October, 2015 and was also a part of erstwhile AMSS.
Mudit is currently part of the general corporate practice group with special emphasis on real estate, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate commercial contracts. He has also worked on a wide range of matters pertaining to infrastructure projects and banking and finance.

Radhika Dubey
With around 12 years of experience, Radhika is a part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice based out of Delhi office. She joined the firm in June, 2015. Radhika graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in 2007 and has also been a part of the erstwhile AMSS.
Radhika has significant experience in domestic and international commercial arbitrations. She has also endeavored to expand into other areas of litigation, including white collar, regulatory, and labour related disputes. She has regularly represented clients before various foras, including tribunals and High Courts across the country, and the Supreme Court in various complex matters of large commercial significance.
Shikha Tandon
With close to 12 years of experience, Shikha is a part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team based out of Delhi office, having joined the in July, 2015. Shikha graduated from Amity Law School, Delhi in 2006.
Shikha is currently part of the dispute resolution group with a special emphasis on corporate litigation. She has worked on a wide range of matters and her primary focus and strength is in matters pertaining to Mergers and Amalgamations, Reduction of Capital and IBC litigation. Her other areas of work include, international commercial arbitrations, writs, civil and criminal litigation.

Abe Abraham
With over 18 years of experience, Abe is a part of the firm’s Corporate -Employment team based out of Bangalore office, having joined us in March, 2016. Abe graduated from ILS, Pune in 2001.
Abe has extensively advised clients on employment laws in relation to retention of employees as well as in restructuring their business either as part of M&A transactions or as a result of their decision to cease operations or to undertake an RIF exercise. He has also advised on compliance related issues and assisted clients in conducting investigations and dispute resolution.
