Lightstone Fund S.A. (“LGT”) invested an amount of INR 140 crores (approximately USD 20 million) in Smartshift Logistics Solutons Private Limited operating under brand name ‘Porter’. Porter is a logistics company which is in the business of providing logistics services and is termed as ‘uber for trucks’.
