SEBI has issued a master circular on Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) on July 31, 2023. The master circular includes all the circulars issued by SEBI related to AIF up to March 31, 2023, which are operational as on date. It does not contain the circulars providing temporary relaxations with regard to certain compliance requirements for AIFs.
