Bank Indonesia (“BI”) Circular Letter No. 18/2/DPTP of 2016, dated January 28, 2016, regarding Implementation of the Bank Indonesia Government Electronic Banking System. This Circular Letter further implements BI Regulation No. 17/24/PBI/2015, dated December 30, 2015, regarding Clearing Account in BI. The purpose of this Circular Letter is to assist holders of clearing accounts in BI in conducting nancial transactions and obtaining nancial information. BI has introduced a new electronic system for BI clearing account holders, which is called the BI Government Electronic Banking System (“BIG-eB System”). This Circular Letter provides more comprehensive procedures to use the BIG- eB System. It came into force on the date of its issuance.
