Skadden represented J.P. Morgan, Barclays, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe and Goldman Sachs International as underwriters in a US$4.5 billion offering of government-guaranteed bonds by the Japan Bank for International Cooperation in three tranches: US$1.5 billion of 2.125% guaranteed bonds due 2020; US$1.5 billion of 2.375% guaranteed bonds due 2022; and US$1.5 billion of 2.750% guaranteed bonds due 2027.
