Skadden represented Visional, Inc. in its 66.88 billion yen (approximately US$618 million) initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The company offered 13,376,400 shares at an offer price of 5,000 yen (approximately US$46.19) per share, for a total offer value of 66.88 billion yen (approximately US$618 million), exclusive of the underwriters' over-allotment option. Visional, Inc. operates BizReach, a leading online recruitment platform in Japan, and a number of HR-related and other online businesses. Trading commenced on April 22, 2021.
