The Luxembourg Business Registers announced upcoming changes to the formalities with the Luxembourg register of commerce and companies (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés) (the “RCS”), including the registration of the Luxembourg national identification number (the “LNIN“) for natural persons registered with the RCS.
