Atlas Asia Law Corporation (AALC), an independent member firm of the global EY network based in Singapore, has recently appointed Chan Wan Hong and Desiree Lee as Directors.
Chan Wan Hong has 20 years of experience in corporate practice and focuses on corporate finance and capital markets, M&As and venture capital and private equity investments. He has advised extensively on initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, rights issues, share placements, public and private M&As, joint ventures and other corporate actions and transactions. His experience also includes fundraising transactions involving equity, convertible and debt securities issuance in venture capital and private equity investments. Wan Hong was previously a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk’s corporate practice.
Desiree Lee, also from Dentons Rodyk, focuses on venture capital and private equity investments, capital market transactions and M&As. She advises on investments in start-ups and other businesses and corporate actions by listed and private companies. Her experience also includes advising issuers and banks on corporate finance transactions such as initial public offerings, rights issues and placements.
