Mustafa Hadi and Andrew Webb will present on June 24 at the Singapore International Arbitration Academy 2021, which focuses on “Evidence, Arguments, Damages, and Awards.” Mr. Hadi will discuss the economics of infrastructure projects, covering risk and reward factors, political stakeholders, and issues relating to the length of the investment. Mr. Webb will discuss the life cycle of mining projects, including issues relating to exploration, planning, construction, extraction, and closure costs.
