Skadden is acting as international counsel for China's leading express delivery company ZTO Express in its US$1.4 billion initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The pricing for the IPO was announced on October 27, 2016. This is expected to be the biggest U.S. IPO out of China in 2016.
The Skadden corporate team includes partners Julie Gao and Haiping Li, Asia Pacific counsel Yuting Wu, and associates William Zhu and Weiwei Chen.
