Skadden represented ARTERIA Networks Corporation in its ¥25.2 billion (approximately US$222 million) initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. ARTERIA Networks Corporation is a leading facilities-based provider of network and internet services based in Japan.
Trading in the shares commenced on 12 December 2018.
The team was led by partner Kenji Taneda and included counsel Ken Kiyota and associate Akira Tago.
