Skadden advised E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Ltd, China's leading real estate transaction service provider, on its approximately HK$ 4,642 million initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
E-House plans to use the proceeds of the IPO to further develop its data systems, to expand its geographical coverage to an additional 52 cities and to improve its capacity in existing service centers. Trading in the shares commenced on 20 July 2018.
The Skadden team was led by partners Julie Gao and Christopher Betts, with Of Counsel Antony Dapiran, Counsel Anthony Pang, associates Martina To and Wentao Yuan, international legal consultant Zheng Xu, and trainee solicitor Brian Wong. All of the attorneys are based in Hong Kong.
