Skadden advised So-Young International, Inc., a leading online medical aesthetics marketplace in China, on its US$ 179 million initial public offering on Nasdaq. Trading in the shares commenced on 2 May 2019. The listing will provide funds for So-Young to expand in the medical aesthetic industry and into the fast-growing consumption healthcare service market.
The Skadden team was led by Hong Kong partner Julie Gao, with associates Yilin Xu, Cindy Li and Si Shen (all Hong Kong) and international legal consultant Haoran Luan (Beijing).
