Wilfred Ho is promoted to Counsel, as of 1 June 2020. Mr. Ho is based in Hong Kong and advises in arbitral proceedings under various rules and institutions, as well as in commercial litigation in connection with all manner of company law matters, particularly involving shareholder disputes and insolvency-related actions. Mr. Ho joined Skadden in 2010. He holds an LL.B. from Melbourne Law School and a B.A. from the University of Melbourne, and is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
Yilin Xu is promoted to Counsel, as of 1 June 2020. Mr. Xu is based in Hong Kong and advises on public listings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment and other corporate matters for public companies. Mr. Xu joined Skadden in 2011, directly after law school. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Colby College, and speaks Mandarin and English.
