Jonathan M. Streifer, a foreign legal advisor at SSEK Legal Consultants, has been named to the Asia Business Law Journal 2021 A-List of Indonesia’s Top 100 Lawyers.
Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience living and working in Jakarta as a corporate lawyer. He assists clients on strategic investments in the technology sector, infrastructure projects, private equity and venture capital financings, direct foreign investment, corporate finance, and labor and employment matters.
He has been recognized as a leading practitioner in Indonesia for corporate law and M&A, financial and corporate law, and projects and natural resources by independent legal directories including Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000 and Asialaw.
