Taiwan – TIPO Announced The Statistics Of Patent Prosecution Highway (Pph) During The Period From January Through November Of 2018.

From January through November, 2018, 417 applications were filed under the Taiwan-U.S. PPH; 400 applications were filed under the Taiwan-Japan PPH; 16 applications were filed under the Taiwan-Korea PPH; 1 application was filed under the Taiwan-Spain PPH; and 2 applications were filed under the Taiwan-Canada PPH.  The first office action in said PPH applications was issued in the average of 36.4 days.
