Bridging the Compliance Gap: How Mid-Market Firms Access Enterprise Legal Expertise on a Lean Budget.

In this episode, Kris Diswani of DCLO reveals how smaller financial firms can navigate the same complex regulatory landscape as global giants without the overhead of a massive legal department. Drawing on her extensive background at Citi, J.P. Morgan, and Standard Chartered, she explains the strategic advantage of integrating legal, compliance, and risk under a single senior expert. By moving away from traditional law firm hierarchies, where clients often subsidise the training of junior associates, firms can leverage fractional legal models to access “institutional-grade” guidance that is both nimble and cost-effective. Tune in to learn why senior-level elasticity is the secret to staying compliant and responsive in an ever evolving market.
