How To Valuate & Manage Start-ups/Tech Companies

August 31, 2022

August 31, 2022 by

Valuing a start-up company is a difficult task, as these businesses typically have little to no revenue and few assets. Determining the worth of a young business is important for both the company and its investors, as it can help to set expectations and guide future decision-making. However, accurately assessing a start-up’s value is not always easy, as there are many factors to consider.

Furthermore, there is always a risk of disputes between the founders. A disagreement can arise over any number of issues, from how much each founder should be paid to who makes final decisions. If these disputes are not resolved quickly and amicably, they can often lead to the dissolution of the company.

In this podcast series, we will explore some of the challenges involved in valuing start-ups and tips for avoiding and resolving founder’s disputes.
