The deal represents Farner’s ambition to further internationalise its rapidly growing European agency alliance.
Lansons joins ‘Team Farner’ as the alliance’s flagship agency in the UK, one of the most important communication markets in Europe.
International law firm Hill Dickinson’s Corporate team advised Farner on the legal aspects of the deal, led by corporate partner David Mkhitarian together with Sean Lightfoot, Harriet Adgie, Abigail Hill (all Corporate), Kathryn Wilson (Employment), Stephen Betts (Tax), Jon Pearson-Basudev (Real Estate), Patrick Reade, James Lock and Jodie Wootton (Commercial) and David Baines (Data Protection).
Roman Geiser, executive chairman of Team Farner said: “Entering the UK market is a very important step for Team Farner. It allows us to further internationalise our business and to partner with one of the most reputable firms in the UK. We are looking forward to partnering with our new colleagues at Lansons and are happy to welcome the new partners to our agency alliance.”
Team Farner currently generates a combined fee volume of around 120 million Euros, with 17 partner agencies and over 700 employees across Europe, with further expansion planned.
