Linklaters has advised Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), a current shareholder of the Fives Group, in the subscription of a €150 million capital increase alongside other historic shareholders of the Fives Group (management, PSP, and Ardian) and Bpifrance, which is joining the shareholder base.
Fives Group, an international leader in industrial engineering, is experiencing strong growth, driven by major trends in automation, decarbonization, digitization, and regionalization in the industry. The main purpose of this capital increase is to accelerate this growth and innovation dynamic.
