DivinaLaw Senior Associate Atty. Terence Mark Arthur S. Ferrer was among the featured speakers in the Course on Mediation for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Region I organized by the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR). The training was conducted in Calasiao, Pangasinan and was attended by over 65 representatives from various HEIs.
The event was organized by OADR in partnership with the Commission on Higher Education.
Atty. Ferrer discussed the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) systems in the Philippines as well as the Anatomy and Analysis of Conflict during the first day of the training.
